About Us
Our firm has its origins in 1968 when Andrew Stabins opened a general practice in Streetsville. He retired in 2006, and Ayoub Ali succeeded him. The combined law firm evolved its services and expanded. A concentration on real estate law, wills and estates law, business law, and private mortgages emerged. Our mission is to meet the usual needs of ordinary people through the normal progression of life as they strive with their talents and strengths to do the best for their families. We have helped thousands of people find personal and business success, to improve their lives.

- Mr. Ali is the firm's senior lawyer. His involvement in thousands of business, real estate, and estate transactions throughout the years allows him to understand clients' needs and expectations and to give them personal and experienced legal counsel.Mr. Ali obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science from the University of British Columbia.
- Ms. Demek is an accomplished senior management professional with extensive experience in the celebrity branded consumer goods sector. She has practical business acumen and a broad network of legal and business relationships. She assists our clients with their wills and estates, real estate and business law needs.Ms. Demek obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester in England. She also holds a Global Professional Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
